Whisk together dry ingredients. Flour, Yeast, Salt & Sugar.

Whisk together wet ingredients. Milk & Egg.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix on speed 2 or hand mix.

Add in the butter and continue mixing or knead until smooth.

Make 16 equal pieces and roll into a ball. Add to pan with parchment paper

Let rise then brush with milk and bake at 400F for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and brush with butter.
