Wet Ingredients: Combine milk, yeast, malt powder, honey & olive oil and let sit for 8-10 minutes

Dry Ingredients: Combine Flour & salt. Mix then slowly pour in the wet ingredients

Let mixer knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Cover and let rise 45-60 minutes.

Section to 4 portions about 175g each. Press into a rectangle roll and pinch seams The length should be 10".

Sprinkle baking sheet with corn meal, then add each roll. Let rise for 45-60 minutes.

Score the rolls, create egg wash with the egg whites and splash of water. Brush on the buns and top with some corn meal.

Bake at 375 degrees until golden
